A very skillful practitioner. I have been a regular customer of Rebecca's since 2018. She uses a mix of western and eastern techniques and will often use needling and cupping in addition to massage. She has excellent attention to detail and will notice changes since the last visit. Rebecca is not only an excellent practitioner but she is a beautiful person and is so lovely. I'm very lucky to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I can highly recommend Rebecca Mcphail Massage,After snapping the supraspinatus tendon in the shoulder and the operation torepair the injury in april 2022,Rebecca Mcphail helped with the rehabilitation of this injury, post operation.With the Massage and her guidance with the rehabilitation exercises after theoperation, which I followed to the letter!I was able to be fully back to boxing training by July 2022,I can't thank Rebecca enough for her work and her expert advise andguidance in this injury rehabilitation process.Absolute legend,

I love Bec's work! She combines Eastern & Western healing & restoration technique, she can straight away pinpoint the problem in the body, very intuitive hands. I could not recommend Bec more for her expertise and knowledge regarding sports/remedial massage. As someone who maintains an active life style with involvements in various sport activities, I have been seeing her for years and have also referred her to many of my friends for good reasons. One thing about getting a quality massage treatment is that often you only realise the value of it AFTER the session as you may not have been aware of how tight your body was prior to seeing a qualified masseur like Bec. It's definitely worth seeing Bec for resolving any musculoskeletal issues or just for general maintenance of your body.
