My mum paid $149 for metropolitan air conditioning to come look at her air conditioner to try and fix it, waited 2 weeks, understandable being summer, only for someone to come round and turn it off and on again, which we obviously tried, say it doesn't work and then quote us $2830 for a service which wouldn't even include repairing it! Do not recommend!
