Highly recommend this family run business for all you pool needs. From the moment we walked into to get a quote, construction to the hand over of our beautiful pool. They kept us informed and up to date with progress ftom start to finish. After sales service is excellent and you can see this everytime you enter the shop with the amount of other happy customers that are supporting this fantastic family owned business. 9 months later our pool was finished I think that says it all stay clear, pool sunk, call after call no returns but wen we rang QBCC they finely finished it now they won’t money final payment but until I c a engineer report from there dodgy first job the small amount we owe will b on hold. Had a very hot summer without our pool.

Poolscene built our pool and all i can say is if you can find another company to do your work i would! They are completely unprofessional never answer their phones do very poor work and have one of the worst reputations of any company on the coast. Do yourself a favour and dont go near them!!!!!!

Had a raised concrete pool built by Pool scene and they don't deserve any stars. No hydrostatic valve pit, no backwash pit, walls not built to engineers design in height and thickness, no form 16, footing non existing or incorrect, not to depth etc etc

Melissa & Ross, what a great family business. You had everything I needed & your advice about getting my pool water to sparkle was just what it needed. Nice spacious shop with everything from pool equipment to pool chemicals & toys for the kids. Thanks heaps, I will be back to see you with all my pool needs again.

They vacuum and clean my pool excellent with no fuss and will help with any parts you need for pool pump or anything else ,just a great place with wonderful people
