We had a Novo H2o plumbed-in filtered water cooler installed in our office last year. Wanted to rent and the quote was very competitive and easy to follow . Installation took about 45 minutes and was neat and tidy. They come out annually, change the filters and check the system. It's automatic, you don’t have to call them. it's just done. Very happy with the product and the service.

Great Service, Great Product. We renovated our kitchen a year ago we installed a NovoH2o under sink filtered water cooler. The filters are changed annually, and the system is inspected to ensure there are no problems. Stuart, their technician, is courteous and efficient.

We switched our bottled water supply to NovoH2O 2 years ago when we found out we could save 40% versus Never fail . At the time Mark. the Managing Director, highlighted further savings were available if we switched to filtered water coolers when we were ready. We made the switch last May and our drinking water cost is now down to 30% of what it was before NovoH2o started supplying us. Great service and easy to deal with.

I highly recommend Novo H20. We shopped around looking for the best under sink filtered water system for our kitchen. Mark was the most knowledgeable and easiest person to deal with that we came across. We are very happy with the solution he recommended which was the best quality and price combination we could find. The after sales service has also been excellent.

Novo H20 not only has amazing tasting water but the whole process to set up an account and get the water delivered each month has been simple with great staff that always assist. I would definitely recommend Novo H20 to anyone wanting spring water from the comfort of their home or workplace!

We have short term shutdown maintenance teams working in remote locations. NovoH2O supplies us with bottled water and coolers. They monitor our water usage and ensure we are always in supply. They are flexible in working to our needs and have never been late with deliveries. Very reliable and easy to work with.
