Went to MAC westfield garden city today and while im still browsing, a SA approached me, and i said im just browsing politely to her. She turned her back to me.. and i continue my browsing. And when i found what i want, young asian SA was about to approach me i was smiling at her going towards me, but i saw the 1st SA trying to stop the Asian SA help me and she was trying to wave her hands (trying to say no, no, shes not buying) not happy the way she treated me. For me its discrimination! And bullying! So bad i didnt get her name!

Tuesday 13th June around 9:20am. We went into the store to buy foundation and the bleached blonde woman with dark roots showing COMPLETELY IGNORED US and stayed on the phone to her friend/family member.. she wasn’t speaking English to them, pretended to be on the computer and didn’t once acknowledge our existence and we stood there for nearly 10 MINUTES!! She shouldn’t be working in customer service when she doesn’t actually serve anyone!!Well done, you lost 2 sales today of almost $200 with your ignorance!Not coming back again and I’ve been a customer for a long time..Seems like the problem with this store is the supposed CUSTOMER SERVICE people are too snotty and ignorant to ACTUALLY SERVE PEOPLE!!

Went to Mac garden city last Thursday, the SA didn’t really want to help me, I was looking for a specific eye shadow, the SA asked me if I was going to buy it, or just wanted to try it. I said I’d like to try it first. Then she open the drawer and pretend to find it, but wasn't really looking for anything. She pretend to know the shade I was looking for, she said the eye shadow I was looking for would be a nude or brown colour, but it was actually pink. was gonna show her a photo of it, but why bother

I went today to the M.A.C story in Garden City (09/10/21 - 3:45) and the salesperson was super rude with me, I was suppose to look some makeup and she was so rude and said don’t touch anything, I felt really bad about it and I’ll say that to all of my makeup artists and friends to never go to that store, and as well as she even said Hi or said something nice. I’m really disappointed with that store.

First time in Mac cosmetics and i would never go again. I dont wear alot of makeup but wanted to see if i could get some. The lady was good did my make-up etc. I went away come back. I told the lady i didnt want mascara & eye brow colour. I got to the counter only to be told $500+ for 6 items. What a f*&king joke. Got home only to find she had sold me items i didnt want. Thanks for that i live an 1hr away. Never again. What a waste.

Terrible customer service! The shades of the makeup purchased online didn’t match me. I went there today to exchange for the appropriate shades. There were two salespeople on hand. The unpleasant lady advised returning two hours later to swap it since she was preoccupied with a customer. The second salesperson had the opportunity to assist me but chose not to. Not shopping here again.

Understaffed and rude. No acknowledgement of your presence. The lady in the store ignored me when I was waiting at the payment counter and went off to do another persons makeover. I then had to interrupt the makeup session to ask how long I would need to wait to purchase some items.Customer service training needed.
