Merewether Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy ever! Doctor gave a wrong strength prescription so went back to exchange the unopened, unused item for the correct one. They would not accept the first item because it had already been purchased. The sticky tape was still on the bag unopened! They didn’t care. This was a $60 item that went to waste. My other pharmacy has accepted unused unopened items back before & I’ll be going back there always from now on and not bother about the quick convenience of this pharmacy ever again. Like I said, WORST EVER!!! Appalling customer service. Go elsewhere and be treated better. Plus you may save a few dollars on prescriptions elsewhere too. Merewether pharmacy are expensive.

We have bought many things from here over the years... BUT you need to shop around, as the prices at Merewether pharmacy, for even prescription medicine, are way over inflated. For example they charged us $41.95 for something that was $25.99 at another chemist. We have paid huge markups on many other products. But no more, I can't afford it, I'll shop elsewhere. Search the internet for competitive prices instead.

We found that the owner of this pharmacy did not have care or kindness towards my daughter who was at the time going very difficult time.Found the owner very rude.We will never visit there again.

I always find the staff here friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The service is lovely and the location is convenient.

A Couple of times I have been in this Pharmacy for some pretty basic requests.One was a medical certificate for a migraine I was suffering from at the time and got bluntly told “we do not give certificates for people with migraines.”The latest one was an identification form that clearly stated a Pharmacist can sign to verify the identity of the person with the form. Again got told that “ I am the only pharmacist here, and cannot help you.”Maybe they need to stop telling me what they cannot help me with.And start telling me what they can help me with.
