great service parcels where on time and in good condition delivery driver was great overall great service 10/10

Absolutely discussed with the lack of service by the company. Twice now you have held onto goods and not delivered them in a timely manner. Both time I have had to make alternative arrangements to get my goods. Will never recommend your company and I have told my suppliers not to allow any goods of mine to be I forwarded to you again.

DO NOT EVER USE THEM AT ALL IF AVOIDABLE. The most unreliable freight company i have ever dealt with, ever, this is bad and i do not know why Tollis using them at all as a freight forwarding agent, all my orders are late if they come near this company. DO NOT EVER USE THEM AT ALL IF AVOIDABLE.

Well we can't fault the Grafton service.2 packages (solar panels) were delivered in a timely manner.Nathaniel (driver) suggested we open one package to ensure nothing was broken because he could hear something rattling around in it.We really appreciated him taking the time to wait while the package was checked as we know how busy these guys can be.BTW packages were both intact.Job well done Nathaniel

Worst ever delivery service company, don't use them.

They would have to have the Poorest customer service that I have ever come across.We received damaged items from them, when I contacted Shoreline Freighters about it they said not our problem contact TOLL who delivered it to their depot.

BEWARE BEWARE. ABSOLUTELY the WORST company I have ever had to deal with in conjunction with their partner company Northline. We purchased an item that is crucial to the running of our business and this company have had it sit in their yard for over week now, after being delivered to their Coffs depot by their partner company Northline. They couldn’t be bothered to drop it off I guess. I think they have forgotten what they do for a living and what they are paid well to do. Everyday we were told it was coming that day. And everyday it didn’t arrive. We threatened police and solicitors in the end as we really thought theft was on the cards. Especially with the item we had purchased. And surprise surprise, it was delivered within 2 hours. If I had a crystal ball, I would have been clear That it would have been quicker and a hell of a lot cheaper to close our business for a day and drive to Sydney to collect direct from manufacturer.

My delivery has been sitting in Coffs Harbour for two weeks with no communication from Shoreline whatsoever. I called them and am now waiting for a call back to find out if or when I will ever receive my delivery.We have had the same experience over and over with these guys. Truly awful. When you go to pick up your item from their depot because they couldn't be bothered to deliver it, you get to enjoy the passive aggressive signage and rude staff.
