After installing blinds inside our home, I contacted Zak and told him that one of them have come off the hinges and he said he would come out ASAP to fix it. It’s now been 2 months and he has not been responding to my calls.Today both blinds collapsed and I have to now find someone else to come out and fix Zak’s cheap quality blinds.Not impressed! DO NOT USE THIS MAN!

Zak did a wonderful job on my double s fold curtains. He was friendly and provided great knowledge into fabrics and happily answered any questions. Production and install turnover was very quick. Would highly recommend Modern Curtains to anyone.

Decided to go ahead with Zak as he had good reviews! However he proved that wrong. He didn’t show up to the first quote booking, but then turned it around on me and said I should have called him to remind him? I was annoyed but I let it slide. His communication was extremely poor, he was 3 hours late to do my curtains, only to arrive and tell me that the materials hadn’t arrived and the job wouldn’t be done. He then assured me he would come in a couple days time when the materials arrived. Two days later I phoned him and he advised me that my curtains had come and he would be at my place to install the curtains by the afternoon! Not only did he not turn up AGAIN but he has not answered any of my calls or responded to my texts.
