I have recently been able to purchase a property in Tarragindi thanks to Nick Morini. Nick has been so patient, professional and so approachable, Nick is always on the ball with new properties coming to market (both listed and off market) and with this he's found me an off market property at a great price. I would not have been able to achieve this without his help and guidance and his great negotiation skills. Not only that, he has made settlement of the property seamless and has arranged various trades I required to get some minor works sorted to start the day after settlement. He continues to be available for me even now after settlement has wrapped up. I could not recommend Nick enough and anyone looking for a property would be crazy not to use him. We decided to get a Strategic Property Plan done with Metropole Brisbane and its not worth the paper it's printed on.We actually didn't even get a printed copy just an email copy of the plan.If you are thinking of getting a plan don't waste your money. Go to someone else!For reference our plan only had provision for 1 future purchase (which we objected to when preparing the plan but was told we could get yearly reviews or updates NOT TRUE or for a fee)Since then we have purchased 2 more investment properties and plan for another purchase in 2024
