Last week, I purchased a used car from this dealership. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Words that come to mind include:- Honest and professional- Responsive and helpful- Prompt and ethicalIt was my first time buying a used car from a dealership. Also my first time doing it over the phone and via email.My offer was accepted on a Monday. Paperwork finalised as late as that Thursday. And they still managed to deliver the car the next morning. Outstanding!A big thank you to Stephanie and Tommy for their pre and post sales service.Thanks to Andrew for amending the contract for a last minute inclusion.Thank you Connie for organising the delivery (see picture below of car arriving as promised).Special thanks to Austin who provided fair and reasonable solutions to some concerns I had post delivery.I highly recommend their service.And I love my new used car!

Had such a good experience at Berwick Mitsubishi with my latest purchase! From the moment I set foot in the yard, Jesse provided amazing service and helped with everything we needed. Highly recommend buying through him- he’s super genuine and honest, and did everything to achieve the best outcome for us! His knowledge of the car was on point and remembered everything that I asked to be done before picking it up. Although he was really busy, he managed time very well so the process didn’t take too long. There were zero hassles over the whole process, and to tip it off, the car was presented with the blanket and bow in the showroom!

Daniel and Andrew both really looked after me, even staying well after closing time to let me take my time with the car before making any decisions.
