Bought the genuine ink for the above market price, the new ink kept jamming after every couple of days, brought the printer to look at it, he just avoided saying I should bring the power cable as well.Very rude and unprofessional service, better go to office works instead. at least I could return the ink if it didn't work.

Great customer service. Super knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was having some trouble with my ink cartridges and thought that maybe I had bought the wrong ones. When I called and shared my issue, they confirmed that my order was indeed correct for my printer. They stayed on the phone while we tried to troubleshoot and find out what the problem might have been. They were very patient and in the end, I got my printer working! The ink came out crisp. I will buy from this store again and recommend others to do so as well.
