Tracks Adventure Gear

I don't often write reviews, but my experience was so above average it warranted me dusting off my laptop and taking a moment to share.My greeting when walking in the store was instantaneous, warm and welcoming - a far cry from what I've experienced at other similar retailers. I had a problem with my Prado that was NOT their problem. The enthusiasm to help me out in order to make my car safe to drive resulted in the one of the workshop staff turning up less than a few moments later, taking my car and repairing underbody components that were NOT bought from them. The engaging conversation while browsing the store, the clean and neatly presented displays, and the overall effortless service by all personnel absolutely made my day and at a significantly lower cost than I expected. It might be a regular occurrence to feel good or excited when leaving these kinds of stores when you find something you're after, but it's not often you walk out of these places feeling lifted, like someone has done you a great service and really helped you.I don't expect everyone to feel that, but it's certainly how they made me feel after sorting out my vehicle for me. I'll be back there for any future installations without doubt.Thank you!

Glen and his team were super helpful today, although they didn't have the bike rack I needed, they helped me source one and fitted it for me when it arrived. Very friendly, certainly know their stuff and I highly reccomend them!

Huge thanks to Glen and the team at Tracks Adventure Gear. They installed a murchidon snorkel on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk.The fitting presented some challenges but they rose to the occasion and I couldn't be happier with the result.Their expertise and professional approach is second to none. Glenn and the team have always given great advice and service. I've never been treated any differently because I'm a female (unlike some 4wd shops and mechanics), and I've been very happy with the installation of both a lift kit and snorkel on my 4wd. Would highly recommend these guys.
