Always amazing coffee, and lovely people.It seems people generally get on here to complain, which is absolutely not a representation of how good this company is. Fave blend is sunset blvd, but not by much as the Roosevelt blend is also delicious. Make sure you go direct to them and pick up a few bags of whatever you feel like, as it’ll always be freshly roasted.Cannot recommend highly enough.

Started drinking Inglewood during lockdown using their online shop. Great coffee. Their roastery seems to just be an industrial location not a shop front, but they host family days which is fun.

No idea why this isn't rated higher. The coffee is amazing, the staff are friendly and you can pay $3 for a small, high quality coffee. All coffee roasters have something to learn from these guys.

Bad sour taste and smell - Malibu Sticky Chai By InglewoodI bought a kilo of your Malibu Sticky Chai from Inglewood. I had one cup. It does not smell or taste like Sri Lankan tea. You get a smell of foul and rotten … as soon as you open the package. It tastes sour.I purchased a kilo after being very impressed by the Prana chai kilo I bought from Inglewood a few months ago.Having contacted them within 38 hours of delivery of the Malibu Sticky Chai and only consumed one tablespoon of it per the instructions on the package, I kindly asked them to arrange an exchange for a Prana chai or a refund for me.Their response I am sorry that you did not like our Chai and have taken your feedback onboard."My question to Inglewood Coffee Roasters "Are you doing a product recall on Malibu Sticky Chai

We have been buying Inglewood coffee for a few months now and it never disappoints. Both of their core blends are quality, same with their decaf.The Lover blend that they released for Valentine's Day and the Brazi; Fazenda Cacheoeira De Grama - Single Origin Espresso, have been my notable favourites thus far.I would also like to say a big thank you to Nikki in the customer service team who sorted out a mix up with our recent delivery in a very prompt and professional manner. I couldn't recommend Inglewood more highly.

Even when they have 50% off I wouldn’t purchase here, there is a reason they are always having these sales. I tried three of their filter coffees and they were all just horrible - roasted far too dark, bitter, no discernible flavour profiles. Perhaps their espresso is better. Customer service however is amazing, they respond quickly and rectify any issues straight away, which I was really grateful for.

I recently ordered a 1kg bag of beans online, just to give Inglewood a try (I'd heard good things).The bag was delivered quite quickly, but when I opened the delivery satchel, the bean bag itself was slightly open, causing some beans to spill out. I sent Inglewood a quick email with a photo of the open bag, and they were fast to reply and sent me out a replacement bag free of charge, no questions asked.Just wanted to say, that's great customer service. I'll certainly be back as a result of their quick response to resolve the issue. Thanks, Inglewood!Disclaimer: I haven't actually tasted the beans yet, but I am quite confident they'll be amazing. I'll write another review when we've had a taste.

I savored a delightful almond flat white from the charming shipping container cafe adjacent to the roaster. Its smooth, velvety texture embraced the earthy aroma of freshly roasted beans. Each sip offered a perfect balance of nuttiness and rich espresso, leaving me craving for more.

7 business days (9 actual days..) is not an acceptable dispatch time for a bag of coffee, especially when combined with couriers please who take 2-4 days on top of this. They shouldn’t be advertising on OzBargain during sale periods if they can’t handle the demand. Note that if you order from this mob, they’ll say it is normal for your order to take 10 business days (2 weeks!) for a bag of coffee to arrive. Be warned..
