Chemist Warehouse Melton

I had a good experience at this chemist warehouse, Anu helped me with a lotion I bought a few days ago and it turned out that it was broken and any lotion won’t come out. she helped me return that product and exchange it for another one. knowing that people understand the situation even if it’s only for a few dollars and help you out is very important, and Anu certainly did.

I had never had a bad experience at this chemist but I went tonight around 10:30 and Erin was absolutely unprofessional. Doesn’t say hi doesn’t say good night. Hands in her pocket and throw you the price at your face. If you don’t wanna work or you’re not happy at your job you should find another place to work at!

Good except for getting prescriptions. They say half an hour and over an hour later you will still be waiting! Seriously how long can it possible take to stick a label on the medicine and then give it to the customer?? It's like a while day wasted on just this one thing!

Had the best experience today with Shannon in the fragrance department at 1600 today. She helped me widen my range by letting me smell many perfumes. She was so helpful and had a similar palette to myself. Best customer service I've had in a while. She deserves a raise you can't train customer service like that.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience that left me feeling unheard and disrespected. I came to your pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for my partner who is suffering from a terminal illness. I understand that pharmacists are required to ask certain questions for safety reasons, and I appreciate that. However, I was deeply disappointed with the manner in which you handled my situation. Firstly, I had to wait for almost an hour before prescriptions were ready. Given the urgent nature of the situation, this was highly inconvenient and added unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. Secondly, when you asked me a series of questions, I tried my best to provide answers, but I felt like you did not truly listen. Instead of patiently waiting for my response, you continued to talk or ask other questions, without giving me the chance to fully address your concerns. It felt as if your judgment was already formed before hearing my explanation. I expect to be treated with respect and empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive situations like my partner's terminal illness. Your dismissive manner and lack of attentiveness were disheartening and unprofessional. As a customer, I have the right to expect courteous and professional treatment, regardless of the circumstances. I regret to say that based on this experience, I will not be returning to your pharmacy in the future. As a customer, I have the choice to seek service elsewhere, and I will be doing so from now on.

Anupama was very helpful, she helped me locate a dandruff shampoo, and also advised on which one to use for the extent of the condition. I had never used one before and was struggling to find one, Anupama had good knowledge of the product, and it actually worked out for me.

I went into this Chemist Warehouse as online s its my local & they were the cheapest for the item I wanted. When I got there though, the price was not the same as online. Shannon served me and went out of her way to explain the difference (it was a different product code but similar product) but then price matched for me anyway by finding a cheaper price one the Big W site. Overall I got the item cheaper and Shannon was wonderful through the whole thing and provided amazing service. Thank you Shannon =)

They seriously need more staff in this store.The queues are always huge to drop off and pick up and their pick up system is ridiculous as they have to walk all the way to the end of the store where the medications are kept after being made up.Usually only have 1 person serving in the prescriptions queue.I've changed to another pharmacy even though they are more expensive just for the convenience and better care from the pharmacist.

Fantastic customer service. Friendly staff who seem genuinely delighted to help. After buying a product I had no experience with they went the extra mile to assemble it and ensure I understood all the features and was comfortable with it before I left. Exceptional compared with shopping on other large chain stores. Highly recommended.Special shout out to Donna & Mitch. Fantastic staff to deal with!

Came in today to get a script done. Staff was super friendly especially a worker named Zoha. She was extremely professional and helped me locate everything I needed and even read everything out for me because I forgot my glasses.
