Aquarius Carwash - Erina

Great, the Foaming brush & soap spray always heaps of soap, this is the only carwash I go to.. the other one seems to be forever not working

I used the drive through service yesterday 7/2/2023 and paid $20. I was so dissapoiinted with the service. It did say the dryer was out of service but my car was so dirty in spots. I didn't realise it would not wash my car. I cannot recommend this car wash as it was so expensive for little satisfaction.

Great new automatic washes, looks and smells amazing!

Paid $20 for the machine operated wash. Vast sections of the car were missed entirely including rear windscreen, both sides of car and bonnet. Pathetic. Only the roof was vaguely clean. As soon as the car was dry I took photos, so surprised at how they can charge for literally no cleaning whatsoever. Contacted in writing expecting refund. No response. Left message and contact details twice on the answering machine. No callback. These photos were taken 10 mins after car dried. Returned to show car to staff 20 mins later but onsite office closed. Drove there a day later. No staff present at all. Office open and unattended. Another customer said he has to manually clean his car then go through the auto wash in order to have it cleaned satisfactorily.Update:After leaving 3 phone messages throughout the week and writing to Erina Fair Centre Management, I was advised that the Owner was told by them to make contact. He has declined to do so. Erina Fair Centre Management advised I should report this to Fair Trading. Whilst I will not waste any more time, it is clear this business owner is unwilling to address nor respond to a legitimate customer concern, despite photos and despite a simple $20 refund being all that is required. Note: the owner regularly responds to a positive review and NO response to concerns such as mine and several scratched vehicle reviews. He picks and chooses which reviews to address!!! Disgusting.

For $20 the semi automatic wash was pretty good. The two men there wash your car manually, which they did a decent job of getting off bird poo and dirt, and then direct you through the semi auto wash. Did a decent job for the price, would come here again.
