Thank you for making tax time more stressful.It took 2 weeks from my initial appointment for H&R Block to complete my tax return. Not great communication. Also even after pointing out that a figure was wrong and having them double check their calculations, I had to manually go through everything to show them exactly where they went wrong in order to get them to fix it....

I've used the Mt Gravatt office for my tax for years now and have always had a good experience. Thus year and last year I've had my tax done without needing to go into the office as it's been done and sent to me to sign. That's been really helpful

Been with this place for 25 years, the staff changed and it fell apart.Issues: Closed when stated openStaff not knowing how to manage clients/short of staff, call centre is a contractor with no authority to complaints, asked to speak the District Manager - no response. Could not handle my tax return in time and no communication. Shut his business down!

Still waiting for a response from them after i sent an email with my issue. Obviously, they are interested with resolving anything and the response given below is just lip service.Disappointing. Be sure to check details before you start. I got charged 149 extra just to list my employment income in addition to business income. Was told system is automated. Paid 349 to file my tax. Total rip off

There are really great at overcommitting and underdelivering. Never trust on their words, always get each and every word of them in writing. Very rude and even don’t know how to talk to their existing client. Hidden charges everywhere, i want to thank them that they offered me to go away to another tax agent if i was not happy with them, such a sweetheart.

I’ve had to contact H&R block at lest 3 times to finalise my tax return and then at least another 2 to finalise payment. They charge at least an extra $30 dollars to do the same tax return I had don last year by another agent.

Surprised by all the negative feedback. Karen at H&R Block did my tax return last year and was incredibly helpful and fast. I've booked in with them for the most recent year's return and the booking was quick and easy with great customer service from reception.

Had an appointment with Jacqui at the weekend, and she sorted out my rather complicated tax return quickly and efficiently. It pays to send in details of your investments in advance. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved. Highly professional and strongly recommended.
