Went to screaming jets here. Sound quality was terrible. Couldn't make out words at all or even hold conversation when band not playing due to volume being ridiculously loud. All of us had painful ringing ears after and most of next day. My discomfort lasted over 2 days.

Very disappointing meal compared with 12+months ago. Service was equally as disappointing. No wine list. No one finished their meal. I hope the Prince can return to the delicious meals once served.

Worst pint of Guinness I’ve ever had. Watched it being poured over the glass and tipped until the head was the right size. If you’re a Guinness drinker you will know! Maybe get the staff trained or don’t allow untrained staff to pull the Guinness

We had a standard room...was very basic...but clean... comfortable bed,clean laundered linen. Could do with a got of renovation all round.Dinner was good, service staff were friendly & helpful

Came to watch Eat Sleep Play last night and pre booked a room so we didn’t have to drive home. Well worth it. From check in to check out the staff were awesome, the room was great and we even had a full cooked breakfast included.Will definitely stay again A+
