I've recently had the same experience as Ty did 3 months ago. My partner has just started cycling as a hobbies so we bought a $400 bike online to see if she enjoys it or not.We took the bike in to get the gears looked at and once he found out how much it cost comment after comment began, trying to make us feel bad for buying a cheap bike. I wouldn't expect a shop owner to try to degrade his customers like this and I don't expect someone to use an items lower cost to be an excuse for their bad workmanship so we won't be going back there again.It's a shame because if and when we upgrade both our bikes he's lost our business.

Mate this bike shop is amazing.as a 40something looking to get back into riding B.M.X. i was glad i found it.went to other major bike shops but no luck.the old fella at the shop knows his stuff and the varied selection of pushys is excellent.highly recommend this shop if your gonna race B.M.X.or ramps.if he doesnt have the brand there he will be able to get it.and the amount of quality spare parts he has is good to.

Wish I had read some reviews before going.. definitely not e-bike or online/Aldi friendly, very condescending and rude. I just wanted someone to check over my bike after I put it together and instead of simply saying no, the owner made me feel stupid. I will never, ever go here again and hope someone reads this before going there with their e-bike or cheaper brand bike.

The real deal. Bicycle mechanics first, salesmen second. What these folk don't know about your ride ain't worth knowing. Will attempt repair before replacement. Highly recommended for quality service and affordability. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Destry knows his stuff and goes above and beyond.Word of warning though: if you’ve got a cheap bike, then he’s not interested in your business. But if you know about bikes and are willing to invest in the best, this is the place to go ☺️

Went there last week brought a bike tube usually they fit straight awaybhe told me can't do made no sense as there was no other customer so clearly not busy so went to a bike shop they did straight away
