Open for a few hours 11 am to 3 pm. Does not stick full complement of AMEB piano for leisure books. Charming owner and lovely shop.

Great family owned small business. Jason and Alison are friendly and genuine. They are also very knowledgeable, and the fact that Jason had two large Steinway grand pianos undergoing ground up rebuilds in his workshop, (and that he was willing to take a small moment to show me what he was doing) added to their credibility for me. I appreciated that even though I was only looking for a budget piano and had limited knowledge, I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. They were patient, polite and accommodating to me. Definately recommend.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I found a great piano within my budget and had it expertly tuned. Jason really took the time to help with my selection and patiently answered many questions! He's the friendliest piano salesperson ever, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Alison has been so helpful with any inquiries over email. As a pianist who knows a bit about the instrument, I would recommend Boyds to anyone looking to buy a piano, whatever the level.
