My goodness - where to begin! Jo and her team, incredible! Food was stunning, I started with sashimi, oysters, karage chicken & prawn dumplings plus a grazing table and literally every item was just amazing and so fresh! We then had salmon and lamb shoulder for mains with 3 stunning sides. The staff, food and service was amazing, truly the best food I've ever had at a wedding - and a comment I keep hearing from my guests. I mentioned a few things to Jo, like my love for oysters and sashimi and the girls on the day were so good, coming to me first and making sure that as the bride I got first go at all my favs - every time they came out. Choosing Garnish for our wedding was the easiest and best decision we could have made! The menu jumped up at us from the page and having a sneak peek through Instagram @garnish_catering had us sold immediately – we were so excited about having such beautiful, fancy food for our wedding & it was even better than we could have hoped. Jo was so easy and wonderful to deal with on every occasion – super clear communication, speedy replies, extraordinary value for money and the best service you could ask for. All our serving staff were so happy and friendly and QUICK that it felt like we had extra fun-loving guests there enjoying the sunshine and bopping about with us, bringing endless trays of incredible food and having a laugh. All our guests spoke so highly of the staff and food that we are still hearing the raves about it now. Every single thing we ate not only looked like a piece of art but tasted like pure heaven… it was so special that we still can’t believe this divine, delicious food was OURS (if only for a day). We were so fortunate to have such phenomenal vendors on the day because every one of them made it the pure magic that it was & we will be grateful to Jo and her fabulous team forever xx

Jo and her team are so unbelievably amazing! From the very beginning they were super helpful, answering all enquiries and questions that we had. But the food that this team produces is INCREDIBLE, all of our guests at our wedding raved about the food and we even had a very picky Grandmother ask about the recipe for Jo's Middle Eastern Lamb.We could not fault them at all, food, service, vibe are all exactly what you need

As soon as we tasted the incredible food by garnish we knew we had to have it at our wedding. The grazing table was absolutely beautiful!!We loved the vibe the canapé style food brought to the day. So relaxed and everything was delicious. There was lots of food and none went to bed hungry!We had so many compliments from our guests who were just as impressed!Thank you soooo much!

We had the pleasure of using Garnish Catering for our daughter’s wedding last weekend. Jo Jorgensen was delightful to deal with over a two and a half year period due to COVID. We had to postpone 3 times and Jo was so accommodating, feeling our pain and disappointment and then excited for us when the wedding could finally go ahead. Jo assured us that she would cater for us despite having other weddings to cater for that particular day.Our Tasting Day at Jo’s home was unbelievable too. It was delicious, generous and full of excitement. It was so hard to decide on a menu because all the food was so gorgeous, but Jo helped with that too as she knew which flavours complimented our favourite items.Correspondence with Jo was fast, and thorough and we felt confident that the food would be terrific.On the Wedding Day, Jo and her team arrived right on time and were relaxed, efficient and friendly.The food was superb, servings were generous, and the food was hot. The appearance of the food was sophisticated and we received many compliments.The bar staff and waitresses were friendly and professional too and cleaned up the whole area with a minimum of fuss.We are very grateful to Jo and her team from Garnish Catering who had a huge effect on the success of our daughter’s wedding. I engaged Garnish Catering for my wedding at Merribee and the food was absolutely incredible! Jo and her team delivered a grazing table for post ceremony nibbles, followed but a shared banquet and a dessert station. All of our guests RAVED about how delicious the dishes were.We were lucky enough to secure tickets to one of Jo’s infamous tastings to design our menu for our wedding. I really enjoyed this experience and getting recommendations from the Garnish catering team ahead of our big day.Thanks again for being part of our special day. What an amazing team. From the moment we walked in the door, Jo and her talented team were there to serve us with a Grazing Table that looked like a Flemish painting. Canapes, sharing platters and then our main meal. Words cannot express the joy and ease we had that night knowing Jo's team were there to give our daughter and son-inlaw their special night. Jo and her team catered our wedding at Seacliff House and they were simply wonderful. Communication with Jo was always a pleasure and she did a great job helping us make decisions about our menu in the lead up, especially when we couldn't attend tastings due to lockdowns. On the day, we had the most impressive grazing table followed by an absolutely delicious banquet style dinner, and the staff were so self-sufficient that I don't think we saw them outside of serving! All of our guests commented on how great the food was, and the following morning we were stoked to find the grazing table packed up and put in the fridge for us which made for a very convenient recovery spread. Highly recommend!

We had this wonderful company at my daughters wedding in October in Nowra. Rained the whole night and the staff were wonderful to keep everything going to plan. Was a challenge with the rain. Grazing board was fabulous and toped up regularly. The food was delicious, nobody went hungry and quests raved on quality and amount of food. So to all the staff that worked on 8th Oct. I thank each and everyone one of you ,xx
