There is NO after-sale service! Chinese Tractors do NOT have proper manual as well as no where close to their rated capacities.If your tractor's engine cooks,DO NOT trust this company's or their dealership's Warranty" claims because they won't do ANYTHING to help you or to solve the problem and you will end up with a broken tractor with "warranty"...! Implements are way too over-priced for made in China implements

I've called this company approx ten times and left six messages and still didn't have an answer of when the part could be delivered....frustrating is an understatement....The first day Monday spoke to a live person and she said I would receive a call back.....they did not call back....I called every day for the next three days and left a message for them every time to please call me back.....they did not call me back......I thought I would give them another go before I gave up for MY CUSTOMER........YES that's right you heard it.... for MY CLIENT.....this is coming from one of there now off the list.... SERVICE REPAIR AGENTS........Finally got through to a live person Friday to be told I would need to be called back AGAIN AAAAAAARRG. They called me back and left a voice message saying after all those phone call messages they had just now worked out a price....how good of them to finally put in some effort.The message said to call a different number than advertised then dial an extension number and I will get straight through.I needed to know when the part could be delivered.... so I called as requested five times with the extension number and could not get through and guess what I couldn't leave a voice message as there message bank was full.I have never seen such bad management of a company and the way they have put up a virtual wall between them there potential and existing clients.....and are making it extremely unproductive for there service agents to look after any one that purchased there products.

When I bought my tractor in 2013, this was a great place to buy; later on I got some implements and parts. However, the last four years have been a shocker to deal with them. Even calling Sales will put you on hold. While the Spare parts guy is great, it is no longer possible to talk to them; fill in a lengthy form; implements, while quality are way over-priced. They certainly lost me as a customer.
