I purchased a pack of wooden frames & paid for express postage - I received a tracking number the next day and they arrived interstate within two days from purchase.The price was very competitive compared to other sellers and the holders were absolutely perfect. Overall great quality and speedy service.

If there was a rating for the worst customer service, this place would have 5 stars! Received broken plates and they refused to assist by replacing or refunding. The worst customer experience I’ve ever received ever! Had to dispute with paypal to receive my refund. Do not order from this place, you will be disappointed!

Please note: this is not a retail store. This is the SJS warehouse that is the pickup point for Careyou.com.au orders (I say this because we made this mistake).After ordering from the website, processing and communication was very good. Pickup was timely and effective.

Bought 4 Americana resin outdoor folding chairs. The price is very reasonable and this is probably the only online store that put a straight price on their website without having to go through the quoting process. The shipping time was fairy good as well considering the order was placed between Christmas/New Year period. The only reason they didn’t get a 5 star from me is the fact that 3 out of 4 chairs had scuffs and signs of wear ranging from minor to obvious level, indicating the chairs probably weren’t stored with great care in their storage warehouse. However the function of the chairs weren’t compromised.

Great stuff here, I ordered candy jars and disposable cameras from here, great prices, fast delivery and just helped make our wedding that much more amazing!!

Ordered their PACK IT freezable lunch bag in black. Chose local pick up from their warehouse and it was ready after one day. Was easy to find the location but was a bit lost once I entered the warehouse. No one was at the front, I saw one worker at the other end of some shelves but didn't feel comfortable going all the way to him as I wasn't sure if that's allowed. I waited around for a few minutes until I managed to get his attention from far away and he came over, he was polite. He didn't seem to find my order though and it took a good 5 mins for him to then grab a lunch bag from a random location, which wasnt wrapped up like all the other pick up packages I saw sitting around at the front.Anyway, the lunch bag is fabulous exactly like described online but I think the pick up process needs to be improved.

I’m very upset. I ordered the 12 piece candy jar set for my wedding next year. Delivery was amazing. But I was missing two pieces. And most of the jars were broken, chipped and had stains all over them. It smelt bad. It’s like someone used it, returned it and they decided to send it to me. I will be paying a visit to the store to pick my own jars out. I’m extremely annoyed.

I placed an order with Careyou and this was delivered well packed and promptly. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I no longer needed the ordered item. I was informed by Careyou to return the item to them for a full refund, less postage costs. I did this as instructed and the refund was processed efficiently.
