have used these guys alot with no problems with Matt the spare parts guy knows his stuff. got onto one of the others and they ordered something for a completely different model and year jetski then would not let me return it to them because they had to special order" it so I'm left with a $200 part that has no use to me from their stuff up. would not even budge on letting me return it. would not recommend talking to anyone but Matt."

What an outstanding service! I called every single part supplier for an oil cooler o-ring which no one had it as they no longer make it.Jetsport had only one in stock , I asked if they can help me source in the second one even if they charge me extra for thier time. They did find it in a short period of time and refused to charge extra for thier time to get it.Definitely will get back to them in future.

This place is scam, fraud, MATT from Jetski Parts stole my money and sold me trash engine that do not work. I told him get you useless engine and give me my money back, he stop replying my emails and is hiding like a rat.... Be very careful dealing with this scam bag MATT. At the end he got my money and I have faulty engine... Not fair, not a honest person. I have reported him to the Government agency already, more to come....RegardsMilen

Pity you can't give zero stars! Bought absolute lemon of a jet ski that they said they had regularly serviced. They told me that it was working fine and had no issues" and "you won't find a better kept jet ski for the age" and "nothing to spend". Absolute nightmare."

I have my own business for 30yrs now and it doesn't matter how busy you get you all ways should make time for your customers and don't drop calls that ' iam $110 an hr what do you want'.I have spent over 4k on a motor from them after sale service is !@#%
