I have always had pleasant time at City Farmers (now known as Petbarn) Questions asked, and solutions given. People working there are polite, knowledgeable, and are always there to help.

Great range of stock.Would be great if it had more designer ranges that offer more patterns in dog collars and bowls. There is a grooming salon and a general practice vet there too. The vet recommends The Animal Hospital at Murdoch University for after hours care.What could make it better would be offering Afterpay/ Zip pay and click and collect. The website isn’t easy to navigate, needs more information on it. Pet Barn (owned by the same company) do however offer these services.

Shannon was such a great help when I came shopping with my large breed puppy. She helped me with the food selection and even carried the 15KG bags to my car as I had my dog with me. Would definitely visit the O’Connor store and Shannon again. Thanks :)

The Manager was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all my questions about my new pup. Every member of staff I encountered was an absolute delight and I even got a little gift bag with some sample products which I really appreciate. Very lucky that this is my local store!
