horrible experience. my whole sub was a mess. Started by burning the sub, only put vegetables in the middle of the sub? wiped all the sauce off when folding it & didnt fold it properly causing it to fall apart in the bag. one of the workers stood there & laughed as the other worker struggled to pack it. waste of money. train your staff properly

Don’t bother going here if you have any allergies or food intolerances, I asked to see the allergen chart and was met with ‘we don’t have one’ I asked them to ask someone else and was told the same...they looked annoyed like I was too much hassle, we walked out hungry

JUST attended this APPAULING subway and got the RUDEST SERVICE OF MY LIFE from the young man who served me. Continually rushed me to order telling me to hurry up and order already" even though i was the only one there at the time. He did NOT give me time to consider my order correctly repeatedly asking me what i wanted almost 8 times in ten seconds. His attitude and tone were disgusting. I will definitely be writing a formal complaint to head office about my disgusting service today from this store and its lack of professionalism."

Place is always filthy. They never clean the cutting boards leaving sauce, veggies and meat all over the boards. They use dirty knives covered in sauce that have been used on other customers to cut your sandwich. When you ask them to clean it, they roll their eyes. They never close the glass windows that prevents our fingers from touching the meat and veggies, allowing flies to go all over the produce. I’m sure you guys didn’t even know it closes. I’ve seen workers pick things up off the floor and go back to serve you without changing their gloves.

Worst customer service......On 16th September I went to the store at 8:50pm and the girl who was working there said she can’t take the order cause its 10 mins left to close the store.What The Hell was that.Never going back to this store again

Where do I start this subway. Is absolutely just alright you get me. The service I got was fist class, but they criticised me because of my basic order but nevertheless it’s was alright, I’ve had subway from every store in nsw and this one takes the cake. 10/10 would recommend!!!!!!!

Ordered a Subway wrap platter for a home wake recently. I have complained formally to Subway head office with zero reply, nor could they give a stuff. The wraps" looked nothing like the image presented on the order page on their website
