We received our first investment property from Panache Designer Homes last week. It is a stylish and well-constructed home. Where other builders are taking 14-16 months – Panache completed ours within 8 months – start to finish!! They eased us (patiently) through all construction processes from receipt of the land title, design, contracts, construction and handover. What was really appreciated was the flexibility of the design and the supportive attitude towards late changes/improvements.During any construction, things will not always go as planned as builders depend on trades delivering on time and to a quality standard. To me it is the mark of a great builder in how issues are managed and this alone is why I would use Panache again and again.Team Panache just makes building easy and enjoyable rather than stressful and difficult. I cannot wait for our next one and will go our of my way to ensure I can use Panache Designed Homes again.Thank you, Team Panache. Job well done and the accolades well deserved.

We have build with 3 major builders previously and this time we got Panache to build with least hassle free and online house build in my life. No physical contacts due to Covid restrictions and everything was done online and only physical contact was at the handover. The finish is excellent and beyond expectations, well done Anuj and the team.

We dreamt up the idea of our new home and wanted one with highly customised and specific features but within a specific budget. After searching around and meeting up with several builders, we narrowed down our choice to Panache Designer Homes. We were happy with our initial discussions with Anuj. He was also very obliging to show us some of their recently built homes and we were impressed with what we had seen.We initially worked on the house plan with ideas in our heads and with the guidance of Anuj and after many iterations of our house plans and plenty of to- and fro-ing with their architect, we achieved our design goal for our ideal home. The colour selection appointment was a breeze with the expert input from Angie and Anuj.The titles to our land faced several months of delay but the moment it got titled, Panache started the building process within a few short weeks from titling. Along the way, as we made several more variations, Panache was very accommodating and helpful in incorporating them into the building process. Any hiccups by their contractors were resolved very quickly and amicably and much to our satisfaction.We had chosen to supply our own kitchen appliances and had provided all the dimensions to Panache but our supplier ran into stock issues and we had to switch models in the last minute. Panache happily ensured the changes were quickly communicated to their contractors to ensure everything is correctly cut out to fit the new sizes. We wanted a very specific shower/bath combination (Roman Shower) but the first stock had not arrived in Australia till June 2021 after our build had already started and this being one of the very first attempts to install such a unit in Melbourne, Panache happily accepted the challenge and got it installed for us.The whole construction process continued pretty smoothly and Panache ensured that during Melbourne's restrictions during the numerous lock downs, things were still progressing in accordance with the government regulations. We were regularly kept informed as each stage progressed and were updated if there was any delay.Our independent building inspector who was involved in every stage of the build was also very pleased with the quality of the build and finishes compared with other builders he had seen. This truly reinforced our confidence in Panache.In the end, we have been blessed with our perfect home and we are very happy we had chosen to build with Panache Designer Homes. Our experience of building our first home with Panache Builders was outstanding. Since this was our first home so we dint have much idea about the building process. Both Anuj and Angie guided us right from finalising the plan until the selection process. They made it very smooth for us and we didn't have to worry about the anything as we trusted them completely with their skills. I must say they both are thorough professionals and very patient in dealing with the clients who want to make changes every now and then.
