Fabulous!!I’ve now ordered a lovely plant for both my mum and my sister in the last few weeks and have had a fabulous experience! I’ve been ordering from London and it’s been an easy user experience which is what you need when ordering from a far, and I was so impressed with the no extra cost for gift card message and the delivery effort (I think it’s Danielle the business owner who delivers). I had such a lovely experience ordering with Simple Succers, for a 'congratulations' gift for a friend. I was ordering from overseas (UK), and Danielle couldn't have been more helpful. When I realised that they didn't deliver to my desired postcode, I emailed Danielle and she replied very quickly (even with the time difference!) and was more than happy to arrange a special delivery for me. The plant arrived in great time and was perfect - my friend loved it. I'm really looking forward to ordering again with them in the future as it was just such a fab service, beautiful plant, and positive vibe!
