Aleisha was professional and personable. Took time to discuss hair colour, results were great. I have curly hair, very happy with my cut. Would recommend.

Used this business for a braiding party. Had 10 kids. Organised months in advance. Once all confirmed let her know. When I first enquired we sent several messages. She was very indecisive with times changing it every message after I agreed with the last one. Did put a few doubts in my mind. When I went to pay the deposit a few day later I confirmed the time that morning. Baring in mind this is the first time I have met her. I send a message saying I’m running 15 mins early she replies I’m about to have a shower hope don’t mind waiting. I reply sure. How long can it take? 45 mins after arriving 30 mins after our agreed time she messages I’m ready. I almost walked away then. Wish I did. I went and spoke to her gave very clear instructions on what I was waiting how it would run. Using her salon. I’d have activities. Yeah all good. Let’s make it 12:30 for the first 4 and 1:30 for the other 6. However she had mentioned she usually takes 30 mins each head. Invites had already been organised for 1 for the guest like we had previously planned so I left it like that. The week of the party I confirm Monday morning confirming times and numbers. She decides she wants the first 4 at 9. Instead of 12:30. I agree then she says 8:30. I asked if we were going home between the first 4 and the rest of the group? She replies they can arrive at 11. The party was for 1. The next day I ring her hoping to clear things up but things got worse. Told her I wasn’t happy with the morning times the party was 1 not 8:30. She knew she had cut her self short to get the job. She wouldn’t refund even though she was changing the time. In the end I ended up getting a second braider she then put her price up by $12 a head because she was doing less and we had to change the location because she had second thoughts about having 10 kids in her salon even though I asked several times before giving her the deposit. Plus she would only do 4 kids hair not 5. The second braider arrived later did 7 and packed up before she finished. I would not recommend this person if u are planning a party and wedding with several people. She was very indecisive with times. She made the week before the party very stressful.

booked an appointment for half head of highlights and cut based on recommendations from a local page. so glad I did! Aleisha is great, really listened to want I wanted, blended my (awful) regrowth beautifully and gave me a gorgeous cut. I will 100% be back.
