We were so lucky to stumble across Sovereign Building Company via a Google search for 'custom home builders - Perth'. From our first point of contact we were absolutely blown away by the service and efficiency of these guys. We couldn't be happier with the attention to detail, service and the overall finish of our home.

Highly unethical practices. Harass without a conscious. Take a wide berth. They took $3K from me then claimed I owed them for the time they put into harrassing me. That was ten years ago. Nothing has changed. Be warned.

Was almost run of the road by somebody in a Sovereign Building Company branded 200 series LandCruiser because they were on their phone. The receptionist then hung up on me when I called to tell them what happened.

Avoid at all cost. These guys run an unethical business with no respect for the community and poor build. Will be nice as pie to your face though!

After 12 months in council with architects and redesigns David and his team had 8 weeks to complete a renovation of a 1950s home into a fully functioning Childcare centre.Everyone said with the building boom on this is a 24 week minimum project, but not for Sovereigns and David, we received certification today 3 days before deadline and we open on Monday.If you ever need a quality builder who can perform above and beyond whilst ensuring quality construction and within your budget this is the team for you.If we could give 10 stars we wouldAbsolute legends cannot fault them.

Bought a house built by Sovereign & have had nothing but problems. Roof leaking, water ingress, and the list goes on. And what is worse, they are not wanting to fix their own defects. Will tell people to say away from this builder
