Don’t buy anything here, I tried to buy a sofa here and it seemed everything was over priced since the quality was very basic,Run if you she that Asian lady, she is super rude and very unprofessional.

OK sofa and furniture shop. They make their own sofa and mattresses downstairs and you can peeked it from the store. The lady owner is very friendly and helpful even though we didn't purchase anything from her.

We designed our own couch with the help of the Husband and Wife team, who’s customer service went university and beyond. I am still sitting on my hat couch now and we bought it 5 years ago!!! Thanks

Excellent furniture store. We bought a couch here with a chaise for a very competitive and cheap price. The couch was made in the workshop downstairs (so Australian made), and they had a wide range of materials to choose from. The lady that runs the store was very helpful and delivered the couch within 2.5 weeks!

Really helpful when we visited the store and extremely quick delivery. Love our new couch - thank you!

Cheap mattress but the lady is not to interested in the customer

I had the worst experience with this place, I bought a queen mattress that had a hole in the mattress with a rip on the side. The mattress had a horrible odour and when I contacted them the next day after I purchased the mattress, they blamed it on me saying that it was my fault and that the reason for the smell is because of the glue and they hung up and disregarded all of my concerns. The mattress comes with a ten year warranty which apparently doesn’t take into account rips, holes and an odour for which the mattress already came like that. I am so disappointed and dissatisfied with their customer service, they were rude and abrasive, please save your money and go somewhere else.

Worst Company to deal with. I bought a mattress from My Happy Furniture Pty Ltd (Campsie) and there is no Waranty or Guarantee. Cheap mattress and sore back right away and sore pocket. Given the wrong mattress and paid for the next level up. Lady would not give me an exchange and said over the phone that the mattress is fine and high quality without even seeing the mattress. BUYERS BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. NO WARRANTY AND MONEY THROWN AWAY. Very dishonest people. hangs ups and very rude to customers. Now I have a mattress 4 days old I can ring for Council Pick up. Sad, as I am on a limited income. Others I know have bought from My Happy Furniture (Campsie) and they are not happy, just a big out of pocket expense. No customer service skills. No guarantee.
