The staff are amazing, it's a pity I can't say that about some of the customers, rude and impatient. Not only did I have a pair of roof racks taken from my trolley whilst my back was turned for a split second, but whilst unloading at the register the woman behind me was really rude and asked me to hurry up unpacking. This store is too good for some of the residents of this small town.

Great store well laid out and plenty of room between people. Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Would be nice if some people treated the staff with more respect. If something is sold out it's not their fault!!

Adli Bacchus Marsh has reopened this week after undergoing renovations. They have a good selection of fresh produce as well as alcohol, beauty products and other groceries including confectionery, pet food, toilet paper etc. They also have weekly special buys that are not normally instore. The new layout is more upmarket in appearance and well laid out. The new counters at the register's have been improved, so you don't feel so rushed to collect your purchases once you have paid.The staff are friendly and efficient as always. My only criticism is that the lighting could be a bit brighter but overall a really nice store.

The staff always work hard to keep this store in an impeccable state. Charlie and Tom are wonderful, always providing me first class service when I come through. Very happy to shop here instead of seeing the highly disinterested staff at Coles.

I bought 4 laundry baskets and person serving queried whether I had single or double??? I was a bit confused so checked catalogue when I got home. There were no doubles!!! Aldi were just showing how they can be stacked on each other. Think someone needs to check what she is selling or needs more training!!!
