The store manager, the duty manager need some work here.On day of visit they were very overwhelmed. A young kid on the order counter was super nervous, very softly spoken and barely capable of taking orders. (##Not his doing).I even ordered the most simplest thing of the menu which proved difficult.It was clear he had not been trained, instructed and had little support.The slowness of the process caused a backlog of orders.The store was dirty, the toilets worst. As I ate I watched the young kid clean tables which was to wipe excess food on floor and wipe table down...leaving food on floor, which was evident.KFC corporate, if you read this, some training and induction issues need attending to here.

Was a long wait to begin with (which was fine)Firstly was told they didn't have chicken burger fillets cooked for my burger box that i ordered (this was also fine (I happily agreed for chicken tenders instead of chicken burger patties)I then went to order a 2 piece feed aswell. (Then I was told there was no original chicken for another 10 minutes.) This was also fine so Instead i ordered a zinger bowl, large chips and gravy to go with my burger box.Got to the windows, paid for the order and was handed the standard sized box that you are given for just the burger box. Straight away i said to the lady is the extra chips, gravy and zinger bowl in there. She looked at the screen and looked back and said yep there in there.Litterly start to drive away and low and behold there is No Chips or gravy in the box, yet again another 20 minute wait back through the drive through to be told the chips and gravy wasn't added to the order.What a complete disgrace, and for the lady to have said it was in there was the topping to the cake after all that happened use absolutely don't even deserve a 1 star review. I'd give you a minus if I could the service was that bad. -10 out of 10 stars

Very disappointed on the cleanliness of the store. Food scraps and paper all over the store.Needed to ask them to clean down tables so we could eat our dinner.Would never visit this store again.

BAD FOOD POISONING!!!My family ordered some meal last night, and got sick the next morning and when I called the store about the mishap, the lady on the phone wasn’t apologetic at all but she made it sound like I was making things up. Bad food and poor customer service.

The KFC is really crushed it tonight with my order, during peak hour 530 to 630 talk about roughly 20 minutes to get my order. 18 minutes exactly a beat the drive-through by 2 minutes!

No matter how frequent or how little I come here the service and food is always terrible, 7.30 they have run out of chicken legs?? Busy time of night and your running out of food? I asked for different prices other then 2 ribs and wings I was told no worries, then told no we only have this left- was offered an extra wing which I didnt get and ended up returning it to the store anyway because the pieces were pathetic, the front service lady laughed at me when I raised the question of why is the food like this and why are you running out in peak service times. Rediculous if you want a good box of chicken make sure you specify what you want even though when you ask for a 3 PIECE feed you would expect to get 1 leg 1 breast and 1 wing.

Bit of a coin toss whether the food will be well cooked, the facilities are clean etc.Last time the place was literally filthy in the eating area and the bathrooms.There was nothing in the warmers and the line went out the door into the outdoor eating area and the staff focus seemed to be on the long line of drive through customers.I walked out.Also I was very disappointed with KFC cancelling too soon the hot'n'spicy chicken which is the one thing that they seem to able to deliver consistantly.And this one of their new flagship" stores.I decided to got to KFC as I was peckish and felt like something I don't normally have.The young lady (Megan) serving was and what a pleasant person.Her apparent love for her job showed in her attention to mine and other customers needs.The chicken was very nice which also showed that the staff had their jobs at heart. No doubt there is a normal way of preparing the food however when you also have a great experience with the staff it makes for even better eating."

As per usual ordered a 3 piece boxPlease ( no thigh pieces )I’ve worked an managed a KFC and I understand that certain boxes require certain piecesBut this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems with this storeTake the orderRepeat the orderCheck the orderIt’s not up to the customerI was almost grateful for a thigh piece considering the size of my two other piecesOvercooked and under size in relation to a small potato and gravy ( as per picture)This store needs a complete overall on training from the top it’s not that hard to deliver a fantastic product

I ain't going to lie to you my guy but this was not bussin. Like my guy in the counter was aight but the service was slow bro. They say slow and steady wins the race but when you are waiting 15 mins for some precoocked fried chicken my man, you lose the race you feel me. Like i was dead bumbed cause I got the Zinger Box (the only thing you should be getting at a kfc) and the fries were aight but the chicken my guy was doo doo. not bussin at all my guy it was under seasoned, not hot and was dryyyyyyyyyyy. It felt like was eating chewy sand. However, all hope was not lost as the Pepsi my guy was straight bussin.

The food was good as usual. The staff was very kind and made a special order for our 3 years old. The toilet is very clean which is very well done as you know it's still a fast food restaurant, you wouldn't expect much. So overall, we had a great time here.
