Thank you Adrian and team for uninstalling my water pump (in my mobile dog wash trailer) finding and fixing the fault and then reinstalling the pump. I know it was a difficult job and I appreciate all your help. Really great, friendly service.

Dealt with Danny in the service department, fantastic guy, answered all my question and helped me out immensely, very honest and knowledgeable! Nothing like good old fashioned service!!

I will avoid davey products because they have been way too slow to supply spares. Lost 2 months of summer already waiting for supply of davey sp1200 heater that neither davey or any davey retailers i've contacted have stock of or can tell me when there will be stock. Not good enough.

As a former Davey dealer - Customer support staff from Davey in Adelaide (Mark) was and is fantastic to deal with, however their service agent (who is actually a subcontractor) hasn’t done a very good job on a recent warranty job (which was actually at my mothers property) where he did not even bother to install the pump back into the Davey chlorinator. Pump was running 24/7 until we attended and corrected the issue. As a business we then forwarded the invoice to Davey for payment given their service tech did not reinstate everything correctly, and was told it’s not there problem and they won’t be paying as we should have called Davey back. Problem seems to be from higher up management but just not a company I would recommend dealing with. Definitely not a culture of customer first, nor a culture of supporting dealers. Business relationships mean nothing to these guys. The culture doesn’t seem to reflect the former iconic and well respected Davey brand.Overall I would say very poor customer support, and a profit driver mentality only.

So Davey will now only allow in store pickups of their products through their dealers. Which leave you at the mercy of your ‘local’ dealer. Great if you have multiple dealers nearby to get a competitive price but my local dealer is charging $1000 for something I can get somewhere else for $400. A filter for $200 or $99 elsewhere. I’m furious I made the mistake of buying what I thought was a good brand but by looking at your feedback online and with my experience, sorry Davey but you just lost my business.

Product does not last. Poor quality and a waste of money. DO NOT BUY A DAVEY PRODUCT. Terrible customer service and they don't care about their customers. SHAME SHAME SHAME DAVEY.To Danny Rowland (Service Support Manager) you are well aware of the problems I have had with my DAVEY RAINBANK and have told me you cannot help. This product is not design to last and once again SHAME SHAME SHAME !!!

I will say please avoid to buy any product from Davey that all are not long lasting poor quality please buy from any other pumps like WEG pumps they are long lasting …… also totally use less people ….

We bought a davey rainbank 9 months ago and last week it started spurting water. Rang them on Tuesday to inform of issue and they said for $90 someone would come out and look at it and they would ring back to make an appointment. On Thursday they rang to say someone would come on Monday (today). So after 6 days of having the water turned off to the toilet someone finally turned up this morning and tried to tell us a part wasn't screwed on tight enough. They left and after less than 8 hours later, sure enough the rainbank is spurting water again. So very poor customer service response times (I think they would be quicker if it was their own toilet that had the water turned off and couldn't be flushed) and no ability to solve the problem so far.

They are a water pump manufacturer. Not a hot water unit supplier. Photo location is wrong too - That is a dealer location.

Davey went above and beyond to assist me. Great customer service and great people.
