Mould Doctor

My tenant failed to report condensation and mould problems for over a month after first noticing them and only because we contacted them re a pura tap filter change. When they decided to report it they suddenly considered it to be incredibly dangerous and urgent. I called Barry late on Thursday afternoon. Barry agreed to rearrange his schedule to have my rental property treated the very next morning. My tenant complained even though I couldn't determine if any of the tiny remaining spots they photograhed were actually mould. I left a message for Barry when I received their complaint on Sunday morning. They attended again on the Monday to confirm that their job had been done to a high standard. The treatment was very reasonably priced compared to the competitors. He bent over backwards to help us out.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Barry and Scott from the mould doctor Sa. The professionalism and quality of work was second to none. I have had a few different companies who have been out to help fix the mould in our house, none have ever been able to fix it until the mould doctor visited our house. We will not be going anywhere else from now on. The gentleman Scott who came to our house, was polite, patient and efficient, a true asset to the company.
