A five star experience and excellent customer service from Kim and his team at Hip Pocket Batemans Bay!I went in around 3 weeks prior to taking over the reigns of Blissful Bedding Linen Hire. This normally would have been ample time, except the staff person who undertook the embroidery had literally just gone on two weeks leave - which clearly made my order unlikely considering there was a que.Kim went above and beyond to help me out, right from talking through options, ensuring the embroidery work was exact and then by fitting my 'little' order in so that I was ready for day one of my business venture.I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone - thank Guys!

Samples of embroidery were provided before being put into production to ensure it was exactly what we were after (it was), and late additions to the order were delivered with the original order placed.Glad to find a company who cares about their customers and will bend over backwards to provide excellent service.Thanks again, guys.
