Busy Bees at Williams Landing

My bad I put my child into this centre. It was one year almost my kid didn’t settle at all. I tried to communicate with the manager gave them a chance for few months as well. There was just active listening in the office but no follow up of the complaint afterwards. No update of your child what actively going on inside the room. Rarely I used to get the update. The educators were not really responsive as well. It seems to me like dropping my kid to someone’s home and picking her up. What’s the use of putting your kid in childcare where the educators have proper diploma in this regard. But no outline or update what your kid is doing for the whole day.My kid used to be scared usually when going to this childcare.

I think its just a business as child care for the management. It used to be good but since it came under busy bees brand every fell its pieces.staff including the centre manager changed.tania is nice but she cant be everywhere. Staff keeps chaning in every room.lots of casual hired who dont have experience. Staff dont do any activities from where kids can learn just basic activities everyday.I am trying to be nice by not mentioning my personal bad experience. But least i can do for the community so they can make better choice when choosing for a child care.

My son has been going to this centre for over 2 years and honestly I can't fault this centre at all. I get regular updates and photos of what he does in the room every day. He eats better at daycare than at home and they cater to my sons food intolerances. The best thing about this place is the educators. They treat my son like their own and my son absolutely adores every single one of them.

The service is ok, staff is fine. Place is clean, that’s the positive side.The negative: very unorganised admin, attendance system work 1 day out of 5, billing is all over the place. One of the managers, cant recall the name has seen speeding next to the child care because she was in a hurry after I asked her for why is she driving this way next to the childcare. I assume her kids are not in this centre.We had to end the care as we move to another state during covid19, quickly they took advantage and somehow managed to keep our bond and plus apparently charged us 400$ for only they know what. After trying to sort this with them, only thing they could do is threat with debt collection.This is after they told us they would help us given the tough circumstances.After 2 years of care, this is the leniency I’ve got. Stay away

I couldn't be happier with Bliss Early Learning. My son enjoys all of the daily activities and experiences and has built some great friendships. The educators are amazing, they are nuturing and attentive and are very focused on encouraging each child to reach their fullest potential. Most importantly, my son loves it and is happy!

The service is not bad. Depend on the educator, some is good , some is very bad. Staffs keep turning over every months. The worst thing is when I cease my child from this center. They charged me over the last month and they do not refund my bond. I sent them multiple email but no one is respond. I tried to call them but no luck.

This is one of the best early learning centres I have seen in southern suburbs. The whole staff is amazing, lovely and well trained and my children are very happy there. Tania, Karen and Bob are exceptionally hard working, dedicated and caring towards children.

Good staff, everyone was friendly and looking after my kid. Recommended.
