I cant believe i went both store today both has same excuse we have understaff so we cant refill gas bottle but we can swap for you and we can rob more money from you ..pathetic service

What was going on with this place today?33 degree day and it felt like the heater was switched on.People were sweating in line today.Leaking sandwich/salad fridge with a pool of water in the walkway.Frozen slushies not available.No change in the register.No music (no ambience, felt awkward)A full row of shelves completely empty?Attendant was lovely and I understand it’s not his fault for the above, so hoping this is a one-of and the service station fixes the equipment issues. Poor guy working in store having to deal with that heat inside!

It's becoming a bit of a trend for some service station attendants/store workers to be on the phone to their friends/family etc while working and not greet their customers.I often wonder if any work gets done as a result of this habit. On Sunday 1st May 9pm I was in this store and I grabbed a couple of essentials and started to walk towards counter and heard the male attendant waffling away on his mobile on loud speaker. He hadn't said good evening or anything while I was looking around because he was concentrating on his call, so in protest I put my items back and walked out empty handed.Too harsh perhaps but I have 20 years of service station experience and we were taught to greet the customer immediately.

They are awesome for their coffees everywhere and today I noticed their new servo stopped there their for pies like usual but I’m disappointed bought 3 pies was on special tasted and thrown in bin. it’s raw and undercooked and you still serving them if you asked I’m happy to pay extra for cooked pies rather doing the food wastage!

Lots of variety in store, lots of grocery items, lots of fast food choices too. Petrol price is usually reasonable

Manager was rude with me.He need to know about customer service.

I'd like to espresso myself here. They make great coffee every time, it's like Deja' Brew there -the same great coffee every time :)... There's nothing instant about it, but it's better Latte' than never :) Staff are very friendly too
