Went to get a haircut / styling a couple of weeks back. Loved the friendly and welcoming experience from all staff members from the new signing on, to the tea and the entire service throughout.My haircut / styling was done by Bella and she did an excellent job - I gave limited instructions to her but she was on point and knew what would work best for me and my hair. She also had a very charming personality which was a value addition.Thank you Bella and everyone else at Marro's, see you next time!

WOW!! my first appointment with Tina, amazing she listen to what I wanted It took a lot of time what my hair needed, follow with a soothing hair wash, head massage was amazingly awesome! well worth the wait I am so happy. Thank you so much Tina and staff will see you again. ❤

I've been going to Marro's for years and will continue to do so. It's more than just a cut it's the whole experience that gets me - from coffee to head massages while getting my hair washed its amazing from start to finish and everyone there is so lovely and friendly. Love your work guys and girls!

Walked in with my daughter after us loosing a family member close I needed my daughter get some tlc with her hair to cheer her upthe owner was rude embarrassing and wanted to charge me $80 for my 6 year olds hair to be trimmed on the ends.Being kind goes a long way, I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon and I don’t appreciate the horrible customer service given. My daughters walked out feeling embarrassed and so have I. Defiantly need more tips on how to be welcoming.
