Thank you Charlie . You are amazing .I could hardly walk before I came in with Achilles Tendonitis and a very swollen ankle .When I left no pain and the swelling almost gone . Can’t wait for my Monday appointment .5 stars for Charlie .

Honestly the most unprofessional place I've been to in a long time. The guy I had was so rough and I had to ask him about 7 times to be more gentle and he didn't listen or even respond to me. Towards the end of my massage I had to ask for someone else because he just wasn't listening. He also kept pushing the table I was lying on back and forth so it wasn't relaxing what so ever. Won't ever be going back again.

Have always gone there for either 10 min shoulder/neck massage or for a 1 hour Remedial massage. Love it, very professional & very experienced staff!

Wont use them any more for the following reasons;- Massage quality is hit and miss.- They appear to lie about 'organic oil'. The basic and premium oils appear to be the same if you get a massage in the room near where they store it. I have only ever seen there one bulk containers.- Last 2 massages they cut ~5min off the end and probably assumed I wouldn't notice.- I had a loyalty card with 7 or 10 massages for my free one. They then said they were swapping to a new card and they would only give me $15 off. Going by 7 of 10 they should give me $45 off my usual hour massage.There's better options in Hornsby I'd suggest you try.

Terrible. The worst massage I ever had in my life. The masseuse has absolutely No idea what she was doing. The pressure was terrible and inconsistent, and there was no structure or technique. The position of the muscles is unknown for them!No words to describe! Terrible.

Been going here for over 5 years. Always great relaxing massage and service every time by every masseuse. Great quiet place as it has a sliding door to block out the shopping centre noise.

worst massage ever! the pressure was absolutely inconsistent, the male messue sat on the chair to massage you, at some points i even thought he probably nobbing off when i could not feel any pressure. There was no hygiene standard whatsoever as the massure sniff whole time, seems he got flu.Terrible...
