Great service from TJ, providing information and quotes to present to Body Corporate. Even though the work has not been carried out yet TJ instills confidence.

Andy from Wetfix came out to assess our property and come up with a plan for our damp issues raised during a doom and gloom building inspection. He gave us honest advice on how to monitor the situation and didn't try to upsell us products or services we didn't need, thankyou very much! :)

Had concrete cancer restoration done on balcony. One of the very few that even bothered to respond to a request for an inspection for quote. Well Andy turned up on time and fully explained the process that they would do. I explained that I would be getting three quotes. Well they came in cheapest and the work was promptly and efficiently. I must compliment the work done by Ash but particularly the work and advise by Erwin. Erwin is a true credit to the company and a fantastic work ethic. Do not lose this bloke. Thanks again for a great job. Cheers Don

I have to applaud the commitment of this organisation in ensuring their customer was happy with the final works. I had a very tricky waterproofing job that Wetfix showed real commitment to ensuring the job was done right before closing the job off. They came out several times over many weeks to fix my many leaks. Thank you for a truly professional approach to my job!

I rang up the store to enquiry about waterproofing for water tanks 2 simple questions 1 is it Drink Safe and how much it is they couldn't really help me out with this question they said that they'll have to get someone to ring you back as they are out for lunch it's very inconvenient the fact that I only have a little time to ring around and find out. Really disappointed.....

I believe a company is worthy of a great review when its products and services stand the test of time. After reading some of these reviews, I wish I had the same 5-experience as others.Back in 2020, we had our pond waterproofed by Wetfix. They guaranteed their products and services for 10 years. Everything went well until we checked over the job to find black waterproofing splatter marks and shoe prints from tradesmen on our surrounding sandstone. After trying to remove it ourselves with a high-pressure hose, we reached out to Wetfix to remove it from the sandstone. They apologised and sent someone over to clean it. But then the cleaning chemicals left what appeared like oil stains on the sandstone. Once again, we reached out, and they sent someone over again to look at it. I remember them saying, 'this is what happens when you don't have sealed sandstone'. They took some $ off the price of the waterproofing as there was nothing they could do about the staining. After that comment, we had the sandstone sealed to prevent further damage. Now, in 2022 I cleaned out the pond to find the waterproofing had bubbled and almost melted off the surrounding walls of the pond. This was all over the pond - sides and bottom. It had the consistency of Blu-tac in some areas and was more like a sticky, stretchy tar (like the movie Venom). I could grab some and peel it off the surface of the pond.I took multiple photos and sent them through to Wetfix. They sent Trent out (who also was the original Salesperson); he explained that the sandstone people must have put chemicals in the pond when they cleaned, causing the waterproofing to fail. I explained that the sandstone people had avoided the pond area due to the live fish in the pond. However, it was likely a small amount of chemicals could have entered the pond, but I doubted that the diluted amount could cause the waterproofing to fail all over the pond. I also had the water tested at the local Pet Barn to ensure the health of the water and pond plants. Trent called later to explain that there was poor job detailing regarding my pond (to prove that it was the product/tradespeople's fault) and that Wetfix had been taken over by new management, typically not honouring past warranty requests... But as a kindness to me, they would recoat the pond again but not observe any further warranty claims. If I wanted the warranty again, I would have to go back and pay again to have the pond redone with a superior product.I explored both options before deciding to get the pond recoated for free under warranty (I can't afford to pay another $1200 to coat a pond). I advised Trent of this on 16/9/2022. I was told someone would be in contact to advise when the job would be booked in. I expected this to happen that week. But nobody called me. I ended up calling Wetfix, every week - sometimes twice. I was met with, Oh the scheduling person has just stepped out
