Melissah has been extremely helpful in my purchase journey. She was very accomodating and made time to let me see the property around my busy schedule. It was an area I was not familiar with, so she took time to show me around the property and the grounds, and then to give me pointers about the local area. Her knowledge of the complex and the area really helped convince me to proceed. During the negotiation process, she was very efficient and responsive, making the process as quick as possible, removing as much stress as could be possible in that situation. She also really helped by giving me reliable estimates for renovating the property and recommending excellent trades to help get it done well, and navigate the appropriate strata and building approvals.
