This company is lucky to even get 1 star. This company is a complete fraud and the hardest company we have ever worked with. I have spent millions on freight in my career, and dalt with companies all over the world. The team here (who really is just Spencer Fletcher) set up multiple freight companies to get peoples money up front, then don't deliver on promises and threaten you if you argue that their service sucked. Please do not use this company - they are full of it.

We send barber supplies across Australia. For some reason Fastway do business with these guys. They are hopeless. You cannot get through to the number listed on their website. I had a tracking number no one could use. Very frustrating for me and my company and if it happens again I will probably reconsider doing business with Fastway aswell. They only got 1 star because you can't place the review unless you do.
