We would like to pass on our thanks to the whole team at Kialla Homes. From the design stage (Bruce), the office (especially Graeme and Daniella), and, most importantly, our site supervisor Steve. Despite the issues around COVID and impact on people, materials and supply chains; they have all maintained a professional approach and kept the project moving ahead.We are extremely pleased with our new home; the build; fixtures and fittings; and quality throughout.Steve has been a great communicator and takes obvious pride in his work. Throughout the project he was always approachable, open to discuss changes, answer our questions and hear our concerns. He ensured that all trades completed their work to a high standard and got us in before contract end date.We are now looking forward to enjoying our home and highly recommend Kialla as a builder.Thank you - Andy and Nicky

From the moment I spoke to Bruce, to the moment Beau handed us our keys, Kialla Homes made us feel valued and listened to. Even when I would email on a Saturday night not expecting a response, Bruce would answer my questions right then. Any changes I requested were answered with “Yep we can do that”. Communication was open and phone calls answered whenever we rang. Everyone who has visited our house since moving in has commented on the outstanding quality. We couldn’t be happier.

Beware of dealing with Kialla Homes. We had problems with choosing tiles, carpet etc because some of their stock in their showroom was discontinued. The colour consultant was hurrying us up as she had her child being looked after and it was a weekend. We were choosing colours, carpet etc. for 5 Townhouses. Consultant had no patience. Eventually we went to Beaumont Tiles direct by ourselves and got the Designer there to help us and also it was better light in a showroom to choose tiles from etc.After 12 months we got to the stage of nearly signing the contract when we noticed that written on their contract it stated that we had to use their personal surveyor. They tried to force us to use their preferred Building Surveyor, even though we had previously advised them we had already engaged another surveyor. We were repeatedly told by their consultant Melissa, … “by law we can only use their recommended Building Surveyor” which is totally contrary to law. Even then they persisted in having their preferred building surveyor forward us a list of over 50 questions to have our architect and surveyor answer. Our legally appointed surveyor had informed us that he was ready to issue our building permit once we advised him who our builder was and their insurance details.We told Melissa that we had already signed up with our own surveyor and that if we cancelled we would have to also pay our surveyor as well. Kialla’s surveyor Rod Bethune & Associates wrote to our architect and surveyor and we do not know what happened but we were trying to contact Melissa from Kialla and calls were not being returned. Eventually an email came from Melissa representing Kialla Homes and using their excuse, that due to the fact that we were not using their surveyor and that our architect and surveyor were not cooperating with their surveyor that they were cancelling our contract and wished us all the best and left us in limbo with bank loan approved but no builder.Do not, under any circumstances, approach this company for any project you may be considering.We have given them one star, because it not possible to give a lower rating.

Kialla Homes are an absolute joy to deal with, their people in all facets of the organisation are second to none.Our new build was a seamless experience from the beginning to completion.If you’re looking for quality look no further Kialla tick all the boxes!We are fortunate to have visited their display homes in Pakenham before deciding & encourage everyone to do the same.Thanks Kialla Homes for making our journey an easy experience and to end up with a first class product is testimony to your strengths as top notch builder.

We built our Kialla home over 12 years ago, and we still loved it right up until we just recently sold. We would definitely build with Kialla Homes again. Their quality and attention to detail is outstanding!

From the moment we walked into the display house to the completion of the build it was a positive experience. The assistance we had in planning this house was outstanding, as was the interaction with Kialla staff throughout the building process. The construction of the house was completed within the expected timeframe, and the quality of the building was exceptional. If you want a quality house built on time I would highly recommend Kialla.

I cannot recommend Kialla Homes highly enough. The whole team were great to work with, cared about my project and worked hard to help me work my selections to end up with a home in the farmhouse style I wanted, while helping me keep within what I could afford. Being a first time home builder was a daunting experience made all the easier by the wonderful team at Kialla Homes. After entertaining other builders we knew that Kialla was a cut above, from our initial consultation with Melissa to our final handover with Steve and everything in between, Kialla have been exceptional in their service.I can't thank Nicole and her team enough for guiding us through this experience and building us a truly stunning family home.
