This morning I went to the Coles Express Shell station opposite Northland to put fuel into my car. I went to the counter to pay only to discover that I had forgot to bring my wallet. Shane was working behind the counter, he was very helpful and friendly and went through the options on solving my dilemma. I was able to contact my partner and make a credit card phone payment, problem solved. I've seen Shane there a few times, he's always friendly and helpful to whoever walks in the door. I just wanted to go the extra mile to say thanks by leaving this review when someone goes the extra mile to help me out, Thanks, Luke

I love that Coles Express do the gas cylinder exchange for $19. I have just discovered this after Woolworths stopped doing the exchange. Too bad Woolies you lose out on a grocery shop now.So I just used this Coles Express and the guy behind the counter passed me a new cylinder over the counter.At other Coles Express stores they give you the key to help yourself from the swap point outside like the one photographed this morning. It stands out against the red backdrop.Convenient if you need fuel at the same time.

The staff member on at the time I was there which was Monday 8th march around 7 to 8 pm was not very pleasant looked angry behind mask and I asked for smokes didn't get the right ones and I got 2 dare drinks large bottles it was 2 for $8 and I got charged full price.Not happy the customer service was not very good.

Standard colesX/Shell… what’s not stardaed is the petrol station coffee… the shell machines are great, look at that Crema! Rarely inconsistent.Often better than cafe Barista made.Probably not $1 for too much longer
