Dropped child's bike in for a service. Service wasn't great. Got charged significantly more then quoted. When I questioned it I was told they did some other stuff" wouldn't/couldn't elaborate on what stuff that was.Won't be back in a hurry or recommending this local business unfortunately."

Best service I have ever received. It didn't matter what I spent $, the time and detail and care Dennis gave our daughter who has special needs was absolutely perfect and so genuine. Couldn't speak highly enough.

I can’t recommend Shaw’s enough. Time and time Pat and Denis go above and beyond with their service, advice and help.This morning Pat checked my seat post clamp, discovered it was faulty replaced it and also adjusted stem and seat to my right position.

I have just bought an E Trike from Shaws Cycling. Being old and not used to riding a bike for over 50 years, I was apprehensive as to how I would go. No need to worry buying from Shaws. Detailedinstructions, then they delivered it ...free...then gave me another test run. Then have patiently answered all my phone queries and even come and helped when I needed it. Cannot recommend them more highly for their service and help. Absolutely THE place to buy your bike

Dennis is lovely. The man with the long blonde hair was rude lacked in proper customer service, and I have worked in the industry. I felt invisible in the shop. Apparently I need to be a man to served properly. Walked off on me after he served my son. Served a customer who had walked in after me, before me. Thats not how it works. No smile. No kindness. Thoroughly disgusted. Dennis is great. This man was not.

Patrick did an awesome job today at 8am my Wahoo Snap stopped working while doing my 1h30m VO2 Over and under session. At 4Pm I have my wahoo Bike set up and working. I live in Melbourne and it all got sorted in one day Legends so helpful thanks boys

I have bought bikes for myself and my child, and I have been helped and guided by the team at Shaw's with information and accessories. Been going back to Dennis for over 20 years. Always seems to be under the pump keeping up with backlog, but services have always been done. Once in a while with a little negotiation, understandable with small business.Advice can be quite frank, some may say harsh, but always in the customers best interest. Every bike sold to us has been under Dennis's advice and proved good for intended use.
