Sydney Electric Bikes - Bondi Junction

Andreas at SEB Centennial Park gave us great insights and recommendations which resulted in us buying a Tern GSD. SEB set up the bike perfectly with all the add ons needed so that I use it to commute to work and also around town taking the kid places without having to find a car park!! Recommend SEB CP for their knowledge and great customer assistance.

I have been looking at buying an electric bike for a long time, I went to Sydney electric bikes at Centennial park and I spoke to Nick. He answered all my questions and spent some time with me. Then the next weekend I went and ordered a Moscow Plus, it was less than a week to get in and installed. Then the next weekend I went and collected it and then Nick explained how to use the bike. I am very happy with NICK and the staff at Sydney electric bikes and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting an electric bike. Sydney Electric Bike was great and helpful, tested couple of electric cargo bikes. Was able to choose the best one that suited my needs. SEB was accomodating and made buying a bike quite easy and in a timely manner. Will recommend those interested to getting a new ebike go check them out. They sell quality bikes, the ride experience is tonnes better than cheaper alternatives elsewhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this shop, because I had a serious and expensive problem with them very recently. Two weeks ago, I suffered a flat tyre and visited the shop for service. After leaving my bike there for most of the day, in order to get the tyre fixed, I returned at the end of the business day and paid a substantial amount for the service. I then took my bike on my job, and only after almost half an hour did I realise that there was a severe scratch on the new tyre. As it was already after COB when I discovered this, I determined to return to the shop the following day. Upon entering, the manager was not available, but the original mechanic was there. He proceeded to argue that I should have returned the day before, despite my discovery having been too late to do so. Clearly, he was hyper-defensive, and not interested in accepting any blame, nor helping me with my concern. As this was not a satisfactory outcome, I decided to return, again, the next day and spoke with the manager this time. In contrast to the mechanic, the manager was amicable enough to offer me a free tyre replacement, so I left my bike there over the weekend. When I returned to the shop for the fourth time, the tyre was replaced with a brand-new tyre, however... the electronic display had been badly cracked and rendered useless, even though the bike itself was just OK. At this point, I resolved to cut my losses with this shop, and took my business elsewhere. At a new shop, it was discovered that the inner-tube protector, for which I had been charged $70, simply did not exist... I feel like I have been scammed somehow, and would definitely recommend avoiding this shop. In particular, be aware that the mechanic especially does not seem to care for the personal property of others.

Been researching an E-MTB for a while found these guys on-line and was happy to see they had a physical stores near me. I went to both their Pyrmont and Centennial Park locations to try various bikes. I must say the service from the team at both locations was top shelf. I have been to a few bike shops lately and the lack luster reception I have received has been very disappointing. Not with these guys from the moment I walked in the help I received was suburb. They arranged test rides on the bikes I wanted to try with no pressure and the emphasis on giving them a good try before you buy. I settled on a Focus bike from the Centennial park shop. Bike was set up for me by the team. Again no rush with plenty of time to answer all my questions. After care appears to be pretty good, from what the guys have offered me. Would recommend, the team know their stuff and will soon get you up and running

Both my husband and I bought an electric bike from Sydney Electric Bikes. I first bought one in September 2021 while my husband was overseas. When he came back I highly recommended him to buy one for himself, so we can ride together. We are very happy with the service we received from Sydney Electric Bikes in both occasions.

The best electric bike shop I've been to!Rob and the staff are so friendly and have such a vast range of E-bikes and so helpful.I bought my wife a E-bike and gave me a great deal. Thank you Rob and Jake.If you are after a E-bike save your money and time and go and see Rob.Don't waste your time at Volution Bondi Junction, they will sell you over powered under engineered junk that once you leave their store all I can say is good luck!On my first bike I bought from Volution was put together very carelessly and Sydney electric bikes fixed all the issues.That's another thing that Sydney electric bikes after sales care is second to none!Thanks again boys, will be back for my next sweet ride!
