So so happy with the air con installed in my bedroom, it works like a dream and wish I had done it sooner! The technician Chris was so helpful and gave me options when I said I wanted a grill not a unit on the wall. He was knowledgeable and explained everything. Great service and highly recommend.

Such an easy experience. From the first site visit Chris’ attention to detail and ability to evolve plans allowed our aircon/heating requirements in our 3 storey house to be met (even when I changed my mind a few times, it was not an issue). We are very pleased with the performance of our new Mitsubishi Electric ducted AC system. Chris, at DS AC Mid North Coast, was very professional, sharing his expert knowledge of the available AC systems and what would be involved in the installation. This made the purchase decision for the best system to meet our needs very easy. The installation team took the time to explain the system requirements and respond to our specific needs. The completed installation is a credit to the care and attention to detail of the team - we are very happy with the look and placement of all components. Operating the AC system is simple and easy - being able to remotely control the system using our mobile phones is an added bonus!

Chris and team installed a new Mitsubishi with smart controller split cycle air con unit in my living room. Chris was happy to quote based on house plans and access the property via lock box as it was an airbnb and we were unable to attend the property. Chris was very responsive and easy to do business with. We were initially advised of an April install but because we had moved into the property and really needed it installed in March, he shuffled some work to accomodate us. Chris took the time to walk through my concerns about the location of the unit and conduit and he was able to install everything where I wanted it. The Mitsubishi unit is great quality and the extended warranty through servicing arrangement was appealing. Would highly recommend Chris and the team as one of those services in Port who actually does what they say they will.
