I changed from my local Rye pharmacy after going there for about 14 plus years to Terry White in Rosebud.I changed pharmacies for a number of different reasons. Because they offer great, friendly service. They will sendend you SMS reminders about scripts that are due to be filled and are filled, so you don't run out. They also have an app that you can order all your medications from and other items. The store has such a huge variety of medical, personal and gifts.I am always greeted with a smile when ordering and picking up.Although there is a certain member of staff that let's down the friendly atmosphere of the pharmacy by being rude and abrupt.It's fantastic that you can go while waiting, to do your shopping, as it's located in an ideal location at the Plaza. Then you receive a text telling you that your medications are ready to pick up.The fact that they are open to 8pm, 7 days a week is awesome and a huge convenience too.

Very polite friendly staff and friendly, knowledgeable chemists! Definately a family oriented business.

Well, found my self relying on Sarah and Linda for some fine tuning of my replacement CPAP from Phillips. These gals stop at nothing to ensure better than satisfactory use of the machines, I'm absolutely blown away by their professionalism, warmth and persistence in resolving issues, thanks again girls.

Staff uniformed on correct advice for natural remedies although shop had extensive range.Was overcharged at checkout but it was rectified when brought to attention.Although a NDSS diabetes sign, they are the only chemist in area charging for needle disposal containers. Maximum retail on other diabetes disposables. Too expensive.Only plus is they are open to 8 PM each night.

I booked online for a flu shot. I had to pick a day and time that suited both the pharmacy and I. The time was confirmed by the pharmacy by email the day before the appointment. I arrived at the appointed time to be told that the person giving the flu shots was out the store giving a talk. Is it too much trouble to be sent an email rescheduling the appointment? When asked if I wanted to re-book I told the assistant that there was no point as they obviously could not guarantee the booking. I went to Bant's pharmacy down the road where you don't need to book at all.

Extremely professional, hard working to ensure everyone is attended to properly. Always plenty of staff on hand to ask questions and the pharmacist will follow up your doctors if need me.

Helpfull, especially when I was ill and couldn't go in store. Staff got me sorted with my antibiotics. Nice range of products

In the USA they call it a drugstore which sounds a bit derogatory ha ha. In Oz they're chemists or pharmacies. Got my covjabs here, minimal waiting to book in. Did you know Terry White is owned by the same mob that owns Chemist Warehouse?
