Hands down the best view you will see in South East Queensland. You will see 270 degree views with the Barney National Park, D'Aguilar Range and Flinders Range. If it's there, you can see it from here. You'll need a good level of fitness to get here but it's well worth the effort. While you're up this way make sure you follow the Ridge to check out the Lincoln Bomber Wreck a few hours hike away.

Check out my photos as to why this place is beautiful, remote, dangerous (if you are unprepared or ignorant to the hazards) and a wonder to experience. Nature at its best. To reach the rocks you need to get to the top near Spicer's peak. Be cautious and prepared.

This was a great walk, was about 21km return to Lizard Point. I got lost quite a few times, once was about 500m off the track. It was very muddy the day I walked and the first half of the walk was quite steep in parts so lots of slipping down the hill. Also at the start of the there is a plant that stings your skin, it has big broad leaves so keep an eye out for that. The main reason I wanted to do this walk was to see the Steamers and I got lucky and the cloud broke just as I was walking past the lookout. The view from Lizard Point was clouded out so I will have to do it again one day to get a clear view.
