After being highly recommended by a friend who had painting done I got LMS to paint my interior and exterior of my home here in Mereweather. Les and the team were excellent, they were always on time , friendly and trustworthy. The work was amazing really , they covered everything in plastic then covered all floors . All fittings like door fittings , latches , rails , hooks , brackets , curtains and blinds ECT were removed and carefully refitted after painting to ensure a perfect job . The team even cleaned off old paint from these from a previous painting company several years ago . I researched the paint used to find it was top of the line, of good quality also with a good warranty . I'm very happy with price , the professional work and the very nice guys . I have an investment property which is booked in with Les to be renovated in the near future. Thanks Lez and team from LMS painting and maintenance , I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Np

LMS did such a good job 4 years ago painting a house interior for me, I had no hesitation to use them again. So reassuring that nothing has changed, excellent job, value for money, on time, and everyone on the job cares about what they do, thanks Les.

Excellent prompt, very high quality job for less than I thought, in fact a competitor quoted almost twice as much. I was also very surprised at how quickly the team did the work.I could not find one fault in all the repair work. Immaculate is the best word to describe their workmanship. I will certainly use them again, but next time it will be the entire house inside as well as the small outside areas.I wish all tradespeople could operate like these guys that show up when they said they would. Even though, our job was relatively small and well priced they were still interested in doing it.I was under huge time pressure to get it done and Les fitted me in very quickly, which completed this project quicker than expected. Others that quoted were either very expensive or did not even bother to show up - I can’t afford to have trades not do what they said they would.I call them DCM’s (Dont Come Monday)!My time is valuable too.Thank you Les and team, when it’s time to do the big job, you will be the first I ring. Of course I will still ring others and get comparison quotes.

LS Painting and Maintenance create a huge mess and leave it. Beware dealing with this disgrace of a company.

Use LMS if you want a late and shoddy job.LMS painted the interior of our house, and I’d never use them again. They used cheap paint which is now showing up marks. They splashed paint on the carpet and floor tiles. They painted over power points, and door handles, and snapped several door closers.It took my wife and I, 2 weeks to patch up the bits they had missed and clean up the splattered paint.They started late and finished well after they promised we could move back in.Overall a very unsatisfactory experience.
